MARKET REPORT – This is a detailed report highlighting all of the properties currently for sale that match your search criteria. These customized reports are very comprehensive, organized and detailed. You will see more information than what is made available to the pubic through the MLS. Also, you will be able to view additional photos for properties, as well as map properties through a direct mapping link.

You are encouraged to take advantage of the “Comments” section to address any important needs or desires you want in a home. This way the market reports are more on target.

PRIORITY PROPERTY REPORT – Get a jump on the competition through automatic notifications I call my “Priority Property Alert.” You will receive updates via E-mail within 24 hours anytime there is market activity (new listing, price change, under contract) involving a property that matches your search criteria. This extra tool allows buyers to follow the real estate market from their homes, but most importantly they learn of new listings before other buyers do.

Simply complete a Market Report Request Form and select “yes” when asked if you want to receive my “Priority Property Alerts.” You will receive an E-mail confirmation, along with a customized market report detailing all the properties currently listed for sale.
